About Kim
Kim Nyitrai has been licensed in Ontario since 2021, but her passion for sales and building relationships began long before real estate. With 12 years at Samsung Electronics—starting as an Inside Sales Representative and growing into a National Account Manager—Kim learned the value of trust, communication, and truly understanding her clients’ needs.
In 2021, Kim returned to what she loves most by beginning her real estate career. She genuinely enjoys every step of the journey, from the first conversation to closing day, and takes pride in supporting both new and returning clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
Kim and her husband Marc recently made Fredericton home and is excited to start with the great team at Royal Lepage Select Realty. She’s a proud mom to three children—Logyn, Rylee, and Brody—and shares her life with two dogs, KC and Harlee. Outside of work, you’ll often find Kim volunteering within the community, hiking, on the golf course, or planning her next travel adventure. She brings the same care, dedication, and warmth to her work that she values most in her personal life
