About Kevin
Kevin Butler entered the real estate industry at the age of 24 and fresh out of UNB. One of the youngest agents at the time, he spent the next 28 years building a successful sales and management career. It’s no exaggeration to say that he has seen and experienced virtually all aspects of the real estate business.
After working in management the past several years Kevin decided to return to his true passion of sales. He joined Michele McGuire and opened thier first brokerage in 2012. Kevin brings with him volumes of real estate knowledge combined with a reputation for integrity, hard work and compassion. He specializes in residential sales and investments, where he assists clients with building their real estate investment portfolios
In his spare time Kevin enjoys investing, golf, chess and spending time at his cottage in PEI. That said, he truly loves his work and could spend 24/7 working on his business. There’s never a dull moment in the real estate game.
Kevin and his wife, Barb, an Occupational Therapist with Medavie, live in Quispamsis, with their two daughters Emily and Abby, the best dog in the world, Boomer.
